While we are not apprised of Buck Tang Markings, this particular 309 Lancer was manufactured some time during the Elder Bush’s tenancy in the White House, late 1980s or early 1990s. It is in Mint Condition, in its original box with papers. Box Marking is 309BB Companion, Catalog number is 1876, and the tang date code is a normal Arial Font V beside the model number. This is one of the surviving U.S. Made Bucks in Mint Condition. Overall length closed is 3 inches closed, and the main clip blade measures about 2 1/4 inches from heel to point.
