The item title above is accurate: This XT has been used minimally (see barrel lever release's position in pictures-- far to the right; i.e., reveals little use).
The shotgun also presents itself wonderfully to the eye in that the wood and steel might be rated at 98-99%, although I realize percentage ratings are subjective.
The wood is very nicely figured, though not an "upgrade" (see pictures). The action is extremely tight; I could say it's as "tight as new".
The little trap I've shot with this XT finds it performs wonderfully. I've used an IM choke. It comes with 3 Browning chokes: Modified, IM, Full. The XT comes to you in its original Browning Box. A small Browning case houses the chokes and allen wrench.
I'm in my late 60s and haven't used the XT much, as my first love is Bullseye shooting. I'd rather sell it than have it sit, using the cash for other things. Should you buy it, it will serve you faithfully.
All to say, if you want an XT that has integrity as being "nearly new", in both looks and operation, this one is likely for you.
