Good functioning Carcano WWII carbine in 7.35mm caliber, with a 21 1/2" barrel, and a bore , good rifling, some fine pits in the grooves from corrosive primers.Hardwood stock is very good, and is numbered to the gun. Terni, dated RE 1939!Medal is dark color and has surface corrosion from storage, not rusted, but covered with raised patina. Unusual to find a pre-war carbine in 7mm caliber. Has inspector proof of PB in a cirlce on the left side of the stock, and another larger round proof on the same side near the rear sling cut-out.WE SELL ALL GUNS WITH ONE PHOTO, OUR DESCRIPTIONS ARE ACCURATE.
