OS means Oversize Target grips, and these were manufactured in fairly large quantities during the debate over the 1968 Gun Control Act that effectively removed the good little Rossi model 68 Revolvers from the U.S. Market until Mr. Sam Cummings, our industry’s Mr. Sam, successfully resurrected them during the Reagan Years. The intent on these was to get the Rossi’s size specs up to snuff for importation, but that only partially flew in 1969 and 1970. These will fit the Rossi 68s with round butt grip frame, but for all we know they require some modification to make them fit the ones made during the last 45 years or so with square butt grip frame. These are new, never used, but with slight signs of shelfwear. We found several sets of these a few years back in an old Mississippi Store, and most likely they came from Dayton Gun Headquarters, presently Jerry’s Sports Center, in Dayton, Ohio. We’re offering the grips in the photo of a set of their identical mates, complete with blue screw and escutcheon, and these are collectable in their own right for only $ 19.95.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges.
