Build your own Calif. Legal AR-15. All you need to be legal is a Bullet Button, 10 rd. magazine and a lower parts kit. Then pick whatever upper barrel assembly and stock kit you want. There are only a few true manufactures of AR-15 lowers. Most companies, including Colt uses lowers built by someone else. LAR Manufacturing builds the lowers for the following AR companies: Grizzly, Bushmaster, CMMG, Double Star, Fulton Armory, Spikes Tactical, Anvil Arms and Noveske. These are multi-caliber lowers that can be registered as either a rifle or pistol. They are in stock, brand new and ready to ship.
