Model 1873 Colt SAA in 32-20 wcf. and 7" bbl., Serial# 314322 dates the pistol at 1910. Colt factory letter confirms the pistol was delivered to a soap company in PA. with another consecutively number pistol for presentation to the company president. Originally delivered in blue w/case hardened frame.
Current configuration shown near 100% nickel finish with few 'handling' marks. Colt original 'Mother of Pearl' grips; High grade (flur de leis) and scroll engraving on case (sides and top),cylinder, ejector rail, handle strap, trigger gaurd, @3" of barrel. Engraving and finish by renowned Master Engraver Weldon Bledsoe of Ft. Worth, Texas in @ 1950. (See for short back ground on Bledsoe)
Would make a fine addittion to any Colt or cowboy collection; in 90% plus condition overall. Economy and lack of work are forcing my sale, must sacrifice! Will provide multiple pictures to interested parties.
