Another fine gun offered by Dust 2 Dollars. We offer you a RARE find indeed. This is a Savage model 99RS and it is an all numbers matching rifle. And it still wears the rare and expensive Lyman tang sight. This is the Lyman 30 ½ B windage adjustable sight. The wood is very fine on the rifle. There is one small spot in the forearm checkering that is dinged. There is no crack at the tang like most. The metal finish is 95% PLUS easily. The case colors and the lever are still vivid and sharp. The bore is excellent and the caliber is 300 Savage. The rifle was manufactured between 1936 and 1938. Those records are not complete during that time frame. The sling swivels are no longer with the gun. Other than that, she is a real beauty and excellent example of this rare gun. $1,699 plus $50 shipping to your FFL dealer.
