The metal and wood are in very good shape with no major damages, pitting, or rust. The bore is dark, but there is rifling left in the barrel. There is a phillip's head bayonet under the barrel and there is a SWP cartouche dated 1891. There is a lot number on the left side of the stock reading "0'" over "9" over "42". All parts are original and the serial number is in the 500,000 range.
