Up for sale an extremely rare Colt Bisley King Super Target conversion. This Bisley was produced in 1907 and subsequently went through a conversion by King Company sometime in the 1930's or 40's. King Co. reworked Colts, Smiths and other handguns into highly accurate Target guns. They did all their own work including producing their own target sights, which included vent ribs, adjustable sights, and mirrored sights for high-lighting the front sight. Action jobs, weight tubes, knurling or hand checkering grip straps and triggers were all part of their conversion processes to upgrade standard factory handguns to target weapons. King Co. went out of business in the early to mid 1950's and therefore based on their quality of workmanship have become highly collectable. This Bisley manufactured in 1907 is in .44 Russian and .44 Smith & Wesson caliber. It has a 5.5" barrel, checkered grip straps and trigger, King front ramp sight and adjustable rear sight milled into the frame, and an action job. The condition is original and rated at 97-98%. A very collectable and rare Colt to upgrade your collection and provide a solid investment for the future. #I749C
