This is Colt's Police Special .38 Caliber Revolver Serial # 1582xx. Has patent date of July 4, 1905 stamped on barrel. Stamped B-P-D-922-A on metal in handle. Has original Colt Wood Grips.

This gun is in good firing condition, but has surface rusting and some pitting and is ready for restoration. (See photo for details on condition.)

I have made no attempt to clean the gun to prevent any unintentional damaging and price is reduced to reflect this.
