Had a set of New Original Colt Eagle grips custom fitted perfectly to grip frame when I purchased this New back in 1994, a $100 value right there. I have fired it twice, the gun has sat in the safe since then, time to thin out my collection, the gun is virtually like new, about 98% inside and out, this in the box with the original factory walnut one piece grips that have never been used, I had the Colt grips fitted right after purchasing it. Has a great action, very smooth and does not even show a single drag mark on the cylinder as these actions on the Hartford model were hand tuned, handles and looks like a colt too. The Hartford model was supposed to be a detailed copy that rivaled the Colt in specs. These are almost impossible to find in Massachusetts and would like to keep the sale in MA as this is a MA compliant pistol that would be great for Cowboy shoots etc.. But will sell to out of state dealer or through one. Will do local sale in MA through a local dealer, buyer pays transfer fee, but saves on not having to pay shipping (used up my 4 private transfers already).
