Luger, made in the 1920s, plus two magazines. It has the markings DWM on the top of the toggle. The serial # is 3377 (or,more properly "3377k" if recording information about the piece). The serial number appears at the base of the barrel on the underside and on the front of the frame. The number 77 appears behind the rear sight, under the side plate and on the under side of the frame locking lever. There are "crown N's"(probably a "Nitro Proof" mark made when the pistol was tested in Germany)above the barrel serial number and on the left side of the chamber. Script "k's" appear on the front of the frame, under the serial number and at the base of the barrel and under the serial number. Both magazines have wooden bases. One magazine is marked on the base with the number 8116 and under it is a marking that looks like a script "pl" and a Celtic cross. The other magazine has no decsernable markings. The numbered magazine may be a military marked magazine, perhaps made for the Erfurt armory.
