Stevens (Savage) .17 HMR, Model 310 with mounted scope.
Light 5 pound weight, 39.5-inch total length, 20.75-inch button-rifled free floating “Standard Barrel” with 1 in 9 inch twist, and a standard trigger that breaks smoothly at 4 pounds. Gray synthetic stock with molded checkering, one detachable 5-round magazine, and swivel stud mounted sling. Scope with lens caps is a 1 inch tube, BSA Sweet 17, 2-7x32 with front AO, adjustable from 5 yards to infinity. This rifle and scope, with approximately 600 rounds through it, routinely shoots 1-inch or smaller groups at 100 yards. Results may vary based on ammunition (cheap), wind (50 mph), humidity (100%), age (really old), eyesight (almost blind), and any other reasonable excuses (nasty hangover) that may be accepted.
Seriously, this is a very nice, dependable rifle and scope combination for inexpensive, fun plinking.
