Inland Manufacturing Division of General Motors M-1 Carbine comes additionally with a 20 round magazine, oiler and green web sling. It has a serial #5060676, with a date of manufacture of 3-44. It is a semi auto 30 carbine Rifle that has an 18" barrel that is bright with no pitts. It has a protected blade front sight with a rear Peep with windage and elevation. It has a Standard trigger, a Concealed hammer, and a Box Magazine. The receiver is 97% parkerized. The Walnut stock has a Right Side Cartouche 3 5/8" foward of Butt. Within the catouche rectangle are the letters "G.H.D. and V.F.F" both followed by the ordinance mark of two crossed cannons. Very Good Condition. There is a superficial scratch 4 1/4" long below the Operating Rod Slot. It has an LOP of 13 3/16" over a checkered Steel Butt. The rest of the stock shows a few very superficial mars.
