Our policy is satisfaction based. We guarantee your satisfaction. It's that simple. We will put honestly represented guns in secure packaging when we ship. You'll be getting what you expect. All we ask is if you are, for some extraordinary reason, unsatisfied that you tell us what you want us to do. If we do not feel taken advantage of then we will in all likelihood do what you ask. All claims MUST be made within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of the guns arrival at your FFL. We insure your shipment for the full amount you paid, we can not be responsible for shipping damage but we will be happy to help you file a claim.
