Possibly a Black Army based on finish and production range. Serial 592xxx. This collectible package comes with 2 beautiful holsters and 2 full boxes of vintage ammo. The belt holster make G&K 1917 is age correct for this WWI relic. The shoulder holster is more of a WWII piece but all together they make a very impressive display. This Colt is in incredible condition showing very little wear. Finish is nearly all intact. The walnut grips are a bit darker than normal. due to the polishing and oiling over nearly 100 years. The previous owners including myself have handled this girl with kid gloves. This pistol fires quite nicely. I have personally fired it twice. One magazine per trip. I like to fire my collectible pistols once in great while. Pictures show condition best. I am an FFL specializing in liquidating antique and collectible firearms. This is out of my private collection. I have not personally seen one in better condition that was on the market.
