THIS IS A NEW SIG P228 TACTICAL LIMITED PRODUCTION 9MM DA S/AUTO. THE P228 WAS DICONTINUED YEARS BACK AND REPLACED WITH THE HEAVIER SLIDE P229 SUITABLE FOR THE 357/40 CARTRIDGES. THE P228 HAS A 3.9" BARREL AND THIS ONE HAS A BLACK NITRON FINISHED STAINLESS SLIDE, SIGLITE NIGHT SIGHTS AND BLACK ALLOY 'RAILED' FRAME. NEW IN BOX WITH 2-13RD MAGS AND ALL PAPERWORK. SIG DECIDED TO REVIVE THE P228, ADD A RAIL AND DO A LIMITED PRODUCTION RUN.
