An English pointer is on the bottom and a finely detailed woodcock is on the top lever. The three major scenes are ALL signed by the engraver "G. Pedretti". As you would expect, the wood is spectacular, intricately marbled and slightly stump figured Circassian walnut. The straight English grip has 28LPI checkering with double, straight line borders. The full size forearm has matching checkering and an Anson push button release surrounded by a Bosis engraved steel tip. The toe line of the stock has a 'yet to be initialed', inset gold oval.
