This is my Dad's Pre '64 Model 70 250-3000. This is what he told me about this rifle before he passed away. He ordered and purchased it from Sears not long after WW2. The rifle came with the scope, a 2-7X Weaver. He was the original owner and used it for deer hunting. He carried it up until about five years before he passed away. It is in great condition. I looked up the seriel number and it was manufactured in 1949. The blueing is 85-90% the bore is perfect. There are a few small dings in the wood. The scope optics are clear and crisp. NO RUST. Overall condition is very good. All original including sling swivels. Payment will be accepted in the form of a cashiers check. I will ship UPS insured to your FFL dealer in two business days after payment is recieved.
