A hard to find early Smith & Wesson Model 1905 Target with adjustable sights. This is the early pre model number 5 screw pinned barrel Model 1905 3rd Change Model manuafactured from 1909-1915. Gun is in very good condition in time and should be a good shooter. Bluing is 80-85%. Blue Book adds 50% for target gun which makes this about a $1000 to $1200 gun in this condition. Very good bore with sharp rifling. Chip in wood on left grip. Early Diamond Grips. 6 1/2" barrel. Serial number 1478XX. Thanks for looking at this rare gun. Available for sale in our store.
