A satin rust blue finish covers the barrel and Master engraver Robert Swartley has done beautiful work on the bottom metal. Deeply cut scroll and banknote filigree on the floorplate surrounds a bull moose crossing a woodland stream. The grip cap has more of the filigree and the 'trap-door' buttplate has the scroll engraving surrounding an extremely lifelike bull moose. The attention to detail in Swartley's work is incredible.

A satin finish covers the extraordinary, exhibition-grade, Turkish walnut stock. A pistol grip, a rounded, shadow-line cheekpiece and a rounded ebony forend tip are some of the features. The pistol grip and forearm are completely wrapped in flawless multipoint checkering.

This firearm comes in a fitted oak & leather case with a royal blue canvas & leather zippered travel cover made by Huey. Wm. Crowley accessories include a horn handle cleaning rod, horn handle turn screws, snap cap, top-grain leather sling and leather ammo box & caddy. A pewter oil bottle engraved by Terry Walace comes with extra commercial oil & patches. Also included is a custon Joe Kious folding knife with sheath. The knife features bone handles and engraved bolsters.
