This is truly a " War Baby come home". Condition is excellent for a 72 year old rifle. I've had this gun in my collection for over 40 years. Selling due to my age and health condition. Barrel is excellent with nice rifling and a beautiful crown. Nice gray/green color. Stock is very nice with only minor marks here and there. A small chip out by trigger guard. A "P" stamped in the wrist, IR in sling well, with a "W" and a RAP also stamped there. Overall a beautiful little rifle which came directly from the NRA/CMP back in the early 60's.
