Winchester 1890 Take down (third model) in .22 long with matching serial numbers. Using the Blue Book of Gun values as a reference, the rifle grades at 50%. NRA antique grade is either very good or fair. Both of the grades depend upon whether the rifle was rebarreled. It looks like someone tried to loosen the barrel with a wrench but didn't know what they were doing. The wrench left marks on the barrel. The proof marks on the receiver and barrel are matching and the finish on the barrel also matches the receiver. I do not have a factory letter. The serial number (396443) on the rifle corresponds to a 1909 date of mfg.
I've made every effort to accurately describe the condition of this rifle but opinions can differ. I cannot accept a return so I'll be happy to provide additional photos or answer questions regarding the condition of the rifle.
