On the left barrel flat are the letters '------GTON'. Lock maker's name Joseph Golcher appears in an oval cartouche under the drum, foral engraving with bird dog on the rear lock panel. Stock appears to be oil finish cherry or walnut with a poured pewter nose cap. Lock plate is the 'Ohio Daisy' in German silver. Wide brass butt plate and brass trigger guard. Ramrod has the brass head with a ball screw on the other end. Very nice original piece show hard use but still in pretty good condition. No FFL required for this item.
