Company. The stock shows some handling marks, and appears to be pinned and repaired through the wrist. The receiver shows some faded original color case hardening, and the barrel and magazine tube shows some nice patina. At some point the barrel appears to have been replaced by the factory, because of the proof marks and later style barrel address. The bore is very good.
