For starters, the Patterson is in an antiqued finish. Most of the tools are like those seen in original Patterson cases done by Samuel Colt. Only thing not seen is the loading tool which in the large wooden compartment. It is a neat tool that can be a screwdriver and nipple pick as well as a loading device. Motif for the case is early Texas Rangers with a copy of the blue flag. On top of the case is a copy of one of the first Texas maps.. All compartments are made from wood then felt lined.
