Thirty-one inch octagonal barrel with steel barrel bands for ramrod. It has a wooden ramrod. The steel has a brown beautiful finish. The stock is walnut. It is 47 inches in length. Browning made this rifle in the late 1970's through the early 1980's. This muzzleloader was quality at its best at the time and was also one of the most expensive for that reason. These rifles were one of the best made in its day and are getting tough to find in great condition. It is still one of the best hunting muzzleloading rifles one can have. It is a very handsome rifle and is in very good condition (please review photos). There are a couple rub areas on the stock. The rifle has been fired but not by the seller. It was a recently inherited firearm. The rifle was taken to gun shop who confirmed it was well maintained. Buyer pays for insurance and shipping. Rifle will be shipped to a FFL Dealer Only.
