These non catalog semi auto versions ARE available for civilian sale! First thing high end operators have done is a complete trigger replacement with Geissele two stage units. SCAR units are delivered with battle triggers which are horrific; Geissele units allow extremely fast accurate precision firing for CQB and the two stage allows for precise shot placement at longer distances. These non catalog custom units also have Geissele firing systems installed. Folding stocks, adjustable buttstock for comb height and length of pull, all as issued rail assemblies, folding back up iron sights. These piston driven units have virtually no recoil and as piston driven have a nearly zero malfunction rate, run cool, and do not foul. Topped with the real U.S. Army issue Trijicon ACOG 4x complete with all as issued accessories to include Tenebraex ARD (anti-reflective device), objective and ocular covers, steel turret cap retention devices, picatinny rail quick release system (discard if damaged use BUIS), ARD quick release system w/ lower attachment system, adjustable ambient light control, self luminous tritium for low light use, waterproof to 55', dustproof, BDC (ballistic drop compensator) for the 5.56mm/.223 caliber round to 800 meters (target at 500 meters put the "5" on it) with two additional crosshairs enabling fire to 1000 meters plus.
