The serial number is 183367 which identifies its manufacture in 1919. The barrels have a matted tapered concave rib, white front sighting beads and is marked "PARKER BROS MAKERS. MERIDEN CONN. TROJAN STEEL" flanked by two arrows pointing inward. It has double triggers and tang safety. Checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with buttstock initial shield and replacement vintage buttplate. Note the limited amount of shell head impact marks on the breech faces. The quality of the blue and the case colors can be seen in the photos. The wood finish appears original where the checkering in the shoulder stock and forend has flattened out quite a bit and there are a number of handling marking that can be seen in the photographs, generally small gouges but no cracks.
