99%+ original blue and 99% original varnish. Perfect mirror bore with no wear at all. No marks or scratches on the blue. Early serial 130-08,xxx from 1974. Beautiful early collectible Ruger rifle. Very desireable with the 26" barrel. Sorry no box.
