These rounds are completely inert, so no ammunition statement or license is required. This listing is for one lot of 10 cartridges; buyers, however, may take any number of extra lots at the same per-lot price and with no additional shipping charges. Here are some training rounds last in possession of the South Korean Army, but originally loaded from Winchester Cases, most of them headstamped WRA 44, Winchester Repeating Arms 1944 manufacture. Bullets are 110 grain Military Issue Full Metal Case lead core; most of them bronze jackets; a few of them, however, have nickel plated bullets. As the photos show, all rounds have no primers and are drill vented so that they cannot be reloaded, or more important for Military Training, conspicuously inert for training new soliders.
