This is a cool little gun i fired it and the shells did not eject every time but it looks great and comes with a holster with a belt clip see pictures. I included some history from one of the sites on the web. Good Luck and feel free to ask any questions. Scott

History:

Because of the trend to .22 rimfire calibers in America, Bernardelli in 1949 put a modification of the "Vest Pocket Model" for caliber .22 sh und .22 lr with the new name "Baby" onto the market. The main design had not been changed, but the slide was milled complety at the top instead of the former cartridge opening at the side. While the model in caliber .22 sh asserted, the model in caliber .22 lr (sometimes also called Model "Standard") soon disappeared from the market, and therefore it is already scarce today. The selling and import in the United States ended in 1968 due to the "Gun Control Act". But the production for the rest of the market went on as "Model 68" up to the end of the 1970-ies. Exact figures of manufacturing are not reported..
