It’s in excellent condition and has a 4 digit serial number preceded with “SO” which, according to gun data, appears to indicate that it was a “Special Order” from Colt! I have no knowledge of the year of manufacture. It was my Dad’s gun, although I’ve never seen him fire it. And has been stored in a sealed dry ambient controlled safe about 30+ years. It should make a great addition to any serious gun collector’s cabinet or target shooter! Will you be the next owner? As evidenced in the photo, the gun is heavily oiled for protection.
