Caliber is .69 with a 39 3/4" half octagonal barrel, with about good bore. Front sight is German silver with a star shaped inlay, and the barrel has many British proofs, and is retained with three plain iron keys.Lockplate is marked KETLAND and ADAMS.Hammer works good,. English walnut stock is very good wirth a couple of early repairs which is common along to top edge of the barrel channel. Triggerguard, buttplate, and sideplate are brass, with an oval escutcheon on the top of the wrist.
