Here is a pair of sets that someone began many years ago when McGee-Ross was still in business in Jackson, Tennessee; and they were still selling the little Whitman folders for 35 cents apiece. We estimate these sets were begun in the sixties. Total count is 137 pennies, and only two of them are substandard, which we have labeled blems.
