SS# 279 20 ga. 1912 Mfg. Winchester Model 12 20 ga. 25" Full Nickel Steel plain barrel 13 1/2" LOP. The action functions as it should and is tight, the bore is slightly pitted but not bad for a gun of this age (the chamber length is not stamped on the barrel and although I haven't shot it a 2 3/4" shell will go in it) and the metal finish is good with a little wear (I am not an expert but I think this gun has been reblued). The wood is really beat up with lots of dings and what looks like an old crack at the wrist however the stock is sound and appears to still be servicable with an old worn plastic butt plate (I think the wood has been refinished at one time). Since Model 12's were first made in 20 ga. in 1912 this is the 279th Model 12 ever made....a rare gun nearly 100 years old. Satasfaction guaranteed. Cashiers check or money order only.
