50-70, converted from civil war percussion rifle. 1864 dated lock. 37" barrel, no serial number. Breech block dated 1866. Stock has been cleaned, had finish added, no cartouche. 1.5" crack ahead of lock plate, and 4" crack between lock screw bolsters. Stock has MN lightly carved into butt. Bright metal. Correct sling swivel and bands. Lock is missing hammer retaining screw, and first sear notch is possibly broken. Correct original front and rear sights. Missing cleaning rod. Bore has strong rifling with some deep pitting. Photos on request.
