NFA CLASS III FIREARM - PLEASE READ FULLY!
GemTech Oasis .22LR Integrated Suppressed pistol, lightweight with a NON-serviceable, non-removable suppressor. This Ruger based .22 suppressed pistol is made in joint venture by TSS and GemTech. The firearm is extremely lightweight and quiet.

Note that this is an BATFE NFA CLASS III firearm and as such is offered for sale conditional upon approval by BATFE.
We ship to your Class III dealer upon ATF Form-3 approval. We will notify you when this happens.
Inspect your gun (at your dealer) within 5 days. If you are unsatisfied, we will have the gun returned to us. Refunds are issued after the firearm is back in our possession, less shipping and handling charges. A restocking fee may apply.
If you are satisfied, then the gun is transferred on a ATF Form-4, from your local dealer to you. This may take approx 4-6 months, again depending upon the BATF and the FBI background check that begins on your end, and with your local dealers help.
NFA items are Special Order items. Payment must be made in full before transfer papers are submitted to B.A.T.F.E. Cancellations made before ATF papers arrive will incur a restocking fee.
Note: The purchase and possession of Class III firearms is tightly controlled and we comply with ALL such laws and regulations. We do NOT offer legal advice on how to legally purchase our NFA firearms. The process is time consuming and requires strict attention to detail therefore we request that you contact us directly if you are considering a purchase.

Please include a signed copy of your receiving FFL’s current license or it may be faxed to the number above. Be sure to include sufficient information with the faxed or mailed license so that we may identify and properly connect the FFL with your transaction.
Regrettably, we are not able to offer trade-in’s on our internet sales, however we do consider trades in our retail location.
We only ship to Licensed Federal Firearms Dealers and we must have a copy of your receiving FFL’s current license on file prior to shipment. There is no surcharge for Credit Cards. Sorry but we do not ship to California.
