Barrett model 82 .50 caliber BMG is a very early model. Being it’s serial number is “0115” - only 115 manufactured starting with serial number 100. Date of manufactured is 1985 - 1987. It is a .50 cal. BMG with a 35 ½” barrel that is equipped with an Arrow Head muzzle break. There are no sights, receiver is equipped with weaver optic rail. It has an 11 shot magazine. The forend is equipped with an adjustable bipod. It has a LOP of 16”. This rifle is one of the earliest pieces available for commercial sale. They started production for sale in 1985. Serial numbers started at 100. This piece numbered at 115 indicates #15 in production of the first year. We do not have any significant reference available for the Barrett but what we do have does not even show this style. FFL Required.
