This is the discontinued, made in Canada, stainless steel Para Ordinance Hi Cap Limited Edition 45 LDA pistol model TX1445S. It is the double-stack, high capacity 45 ACP semi-auto 1911 style pistol with the light double action trigger system.
It has a red fiber optic front sight, adjustable rear sight, fully-supported match-grade ramped barrel, match grade bushing, blackened slide top to reduce reflections, blackened slide dust cover, blackened front and rear cocking serrations, bobbed hammer, flared and lowered ejection port, power extractor, full-length guide rod, high-grip beavertail safety, ambidextrous thumb safeties, black plastic grips with stainless hex-head screws, and curved/checkered mainspring housing.
It comes with two, 14-round magazines. I purchased the gun used. I had my gunsmith replace all springs: magazine springs, recoil spring, firing pin return spring, and mainspring with Wolff springs. He also installed an Ed Brown recoil buffer on the guide rod. After the above replacements, the gun has been fired apx 250 rounds using Speer Lawman 185 grain TMC bullets and functions flawlessly. It is used and shows a few minor marks from carry in a pigskin-lined leather holster. It is in the factory box with all papers.
I also have two Para factory "Pre-Ban" 15 round mags that have the factory plus-one caps. I would sell them as a pair along with the gun for an additional $100. These are the original factory blued pre-ban mags made prior to the Clinton gun ban. These mags will not be included with the gun purchase, but as an additional purchase separate from the gun.
This is a "high capacity" firearm. Be sure of your laws prior to purchasing. Your offer to purchase constitutes an agreement that you have checked your laws and can purchase/possess this firearm in your area. With purchase buyer is also releasing seller of all liabilities.
Shipping will be from my FFL to your FFL through the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. If my FFL tells me the gun can't be shipped to your FFL's area because of the high capacity restrictions, the gun won't be sold to you.
