Exceedingly Rare Vinyl Party LEADER HOLSTER. Mint condition except for the half inch crack in the closure flap as shown in the photo. This one is the best one I've ever seen, usually the closure flap is cracked most of the way across. The photo's show all stitching is perfect. This is the RAREST of ALL THE PARTY LEADER HOLSTERS.
