Ruger SP101 Revolver .327 Federal Magnum
The Ruger SP101® revolvers are smaller framed guns which still can handle powerful .357 Magnum cartridges. They also feature a smaller Ruger cushioned grip system with no exposed metal at the back strap for shooter comfort, the patented triple-locking cylinder mechanism that securely locks the cylinder into the frame at the front, rear, and bottom, and a stainless steel frame that has no weakening side plates.
Ruger SP101® small-framed double action revolvers offer strength and simplicity and ease of maintenance, and provide the following features:
** Patented frame extension, housing mainspring seat and trigger guard latch.
** Sidewalls are solid, integral sections of the frame.
** Frame widths are increased in critical areas that support the barrel.
** Triple-locking cylinder is positively locked into the frame at the front, rear, and bottom for more positive alignment.
** Grip frame easily accommodates custom grips.
** Integrated assemblies allow easy takedown for cleaning, without the need for special tools.
