Like new, PTR91 from JLD Enterprise. This is an HK-91 re-manufactured on a JLD Enterprise American made receiver. This rifle is 922r compliant. The rifle comes with 2 each, 20 rd magazines. Functions and shoots flawlessly. Below is the manufacturers information from the PTR91 website:

All firearms and lower receivers must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. We need a signed hard copy or a scanned and emailed copy (as long as the FFL is signed in blue ink), sent by the FFL dealer prior to shipping. Faxes will not be accepted. The FFL will then be verified through the ATF’s FFL EZ Check. We will call and authenticate the order with the customer and the FFL dealer that we are shipping to. The receiving FFL dealer will be responsible to conduct the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) on the customer. If the customer receives a DENY, the firearm will be returned to us and the return shipping will be deducted from the buyer’s refund, along with a 15% restocking fee.

In-Store Transfer:

If you purchase a rifle, shotgun, handgun or lower receiver through from us, you have the option to pick the item up in-store. You will be required to pass the NICS background check prior to transfer. You must be a resident of Texas (and prove it) prior to the transfer. The $20 shipping fee will be refunded and the state and local tax will be added to the purchase (currently 6.75%).

Returns/Refunds:

Firearms, uppers, lowers and ammunition may not be returned due to safety considerations. Return and repair must be conducted directly with the ammo or firearms manufacturer.

For items MIT Arms, LLC manufacture, you may return/ship it to us at your cost. The item will be repaired or replaced, then returned to you at our cost. You must contact us first for a return number prior to shipping.
