Offered here is a very nice Winchester Model 53 Button Magazine Rifle. Caliber is 25-20 WCF. Serial number is 5976. Manufacture date 1926. Barrel length is approx. 20" and overall length is approx. 39 1/2". Bore is very good plus and action is excellent. There is still approx. 80% blue on barrel. There is a small hole on stock bottom ( as shown )otherwise the condition of all the wood is very good. Included is the rare "Lyman Tang Sight" shown. Please see the pictures which will add to the description and will show all of the markings. A scarce model in very good to excellent overall condition. This is a beauty. --- NOTE: An FFL / C&R will be required prior to shipment. --- Standard 3 day inspection period. If returned buyer pays shipping and insurance both ways. - You are buying a used gun and as with any used gun check with your gunsmith before shooting. - Thanks for looking.
