It is a full-size Mountain Howitzer cannon barrel (brand new) mounted on a steel frame with shield and antique 20th century Army wheels, 4" pindle hitch. Nicely balanced, easy for one man to move around. The idea is to simulate a 20th c. light artillery piece but have the legal ability to fire it using a black-powder barrel.
