AFGAN/NORTHWEST INDIA FRONTIER TRIBESMAN'S MUSKET
This was originally a beautiful, chieftan's musket with an intricately carved stock. However, it was used by the tribesmen of the Northern India/Afganistan region for many years of hard fighting. The original flintlock was converted to percussion cap and the triggerguard replaced during its period of use. Shows many crude hand repairs and much use. It still has its original leather strap. Barrel is proof marked at the breach. A colorful wall hanging for a reasonable price. SEND EMAIL ADDRESS FOR ADDITIONAL PHOTOS.
