Yes, the rifles pictured are fully Calif. Legal. They use a internal 10 round magazine. Just pull the quick and easy release pin, tilt the upper forward, and load the 10 rounds. Very simple. Take advantage of all the various types you can build. The suppressor is non-functional, and actually there is an 16 inch barrel on that rifle. Build the basic rifle, simliar to what our military currently has, except with plastic handguards, for around $700. Figure the look you want, and let me know. The stripped lower, $310.00. They now have bolt hold open, Instead of the loading with stripper clips. Regardless, its easy to load them, and its all we Californians have to go with.
