The Classic design is sleek, elegant, and lightweight- creating a simply beautiful rifle. It is chambered in the standard AK47 7.62x39mm caliber. The brand new American made receiver is made from Ordnance Grade 4130 steel. It is fully heat treated to 40 on the Rockwell "C" Scale for maximum strength and durability. The receiver is a TRUE double stack hi-capacity receiver with the proper "dimples" that securely hold magazines and drums for proper feed and function. Key receiver rivets are heat-set for added strength. This rifle features our trademark custom hot blued finish and a smooth trigger. The original Romanian military chrome lined barrel has the original bayonet lug and threaded slant muzzle break. The classic designed butt stock features a steel butt plate and steel sling swivel mounted on the side. The custom hot bluing, trigger job, and superior design set this rifle apart from other run of the mill AK's.
