AyA (Aguirre y Aranzabal) 12 ga SxS Shotgun. Made in Eibar Spain. 2 ¾" chambers. Action tight. Case colors around 37% remaining. Blue on gun in the 55% range, with spots of discoloration and very light pitting on barrel exterior. Bores are bright, but have light pitting in both barrels. 90% overall. Ding in right barrel near front sling swivel. Barrel length is 27 3/8". Rounded pistol grip style stock, with small general handling wear. Checkering fadeing and toe chipped. Crack in forarm, nothing too major though. Side clips, greener crossbolt, rib extension, sling swivels, extractors, and double triggers. Barrels are choked modified and full. LOP is 14 ¼"over original buttplate. Tight on face. Weight 7.0 lbs. Gun proofed 1950, so C&R ok.

Inspection/Returns - If there is any undisclosed problem with an item Blackbern LLC sends to you, please email ASAP. There is a THREE-DAY non-shooting examination period. If the Buyer does fire the firearm at any time during the inspection period, the sale is considered final. Inspection consists of external examination, functioning the action by hand to see it operates as advertised, checking bore and having headspace checked by a gunsmith. No further disassembly is permitted, include but not limited to turning any screws or removing any punch pins. Firearms are sold as collectibles and have not been test fired nor headspaced. A qualified gunsmith should examine all firearms before shooting.
The product must be returned in the same condition as received and freight paid. Do not return the product COD as it will be refused. Shipping is not reimbursable. Be sure to pack and insure correctly. A refund will be made the next business day under normal circumstance.
Payment is expected within 10 days. Payment can be made by money order, personal check, or cashiers check. Personal/business checks are discouraged and can take up to 15 days to clear. Please say what you paid for!
SHIPPING- I try to ship within 2-3 business days or less. All rifles/shotguns are shipped in new plastic hardcases inside a cardboard box to prevent damage. If you do not want the case, it can be returned for a $13 refund. I am tired of fighting with UPS and FedEx and this seems to have solved 99% of the problems associated with shipping damage. If there is any shipping damage you must save the damaged shipping box so a claim can be made and let me know ASAP.
Shipping to the first 48 states, AK and HI at actual cost.
Long Guns (All long guns will be shipped in a plastic hard case and is included in the shipping cost, the case may be returned for a $13 refund).

· Additional long guns can be added for $23ea(up to 3 in a parcel)
PROHIBITED SALES to residents of the following states and cities:
· CALIFORNIA: All handguns must be shipped to FFL other than a 03. Rifles/shotguns must be made prior to 1955 before it can be shipped to a 03 FFL
· MASSACHUSETTS: All handguns must go to FFL other than 03.
· NEW JERSEY: All firearms including antiques sold to FFL only.
· NEW YORK: All handguns must go to a FFL other than 03.
· ILLINOIS: No handgun sales to some areas, you know how you are.
· VIRGINIA: No handgun sales, unless you work out arrangements with me first. You must also have a tax number or pay 5% sales tax.
To ship firearms I must have your FFL, C&R is OK on some purchases.
I am an importer and most of my guns will have import markings on them.
