Plant’s Mfg Co. 3rd Model Front Loading Army Revolver (heavy Frame) 42 cal cup primed cartridge , Bore VG plus, Mech VG plus, Orig. grips VG plus, Has a 5” Oct ribbed barrel with orig. front sight and Plant’s mfg co Newhaven Conn marked on top. The left side of the barrel has the Merwin Bray NY markings , The cylinder has the Patent dates July 12,1859 & July 21,1863 . Has a spur trigger. The barrel has a brown patina finish with the brass frame having 10% orig. silver finish. The cylinder pin is a similar looking replacement. ANTIQUE-
